Important Note:
- As a heritage design hotel, our rooms may vary in design and size. Please note that the pictures provided are representations of the room categories only.
- Additional beds are only available in our Estate Premier Rooms and Suites. Only one additional single bed is available in these rooms.
- A maximum of 2 children under the age of 8 will be accommodated in the same room at no additional charge or a maximum of 1 adult is accommodated per room (Estate Premier Room or Suite) at an additional charge. Please note that we can only put one additional bed in each room. (Estate Premier Room or Suite)
- Children aged 8 to 12 can be accommodated in the same room at an additional charge of INR 2000 + Taxes per child. Additional Occupancy – (12 years and above) – INR 3000 + Taxes.
- We have a minimum 02 night stay policy over Christmas and New Year.
Payment Policy
- A deposit of 30 % is required to make a booking. The balance 70% of the amount needs to be paid 15 days prior to arrival date. For peak season (15th December – 15th January, a full deposit is required at the time of booking).
Cancellation and refund Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 0 to 15 days of arrival will not be refunded. However, rescheduling is allowed for individual bookings only, subject to availability, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours before the original arrival date.
- Group Cancellation Policy: For group bookings (4 or more rooms) - Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 0 to 30 days of arrival will not be refunded. Rescheduling possible if informed more than 30 days prior to arrival.
- No-Show Policy: If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date, the full stay charges will be charged.
- During peak season (15th December – 15th January), a 100 % refund is valid only when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
- A tentative booking is logged in our system for 72 hours only post which it is released to general inquires if not guaranteed with a payment method or voucher.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of cancellation via the original payment method of the guest. Any bank charges / CC Fee at the time of bookings that may have been incurred while processing the reservation shall be deducted from the refund.
